In the app

  2. Account
  3. Delete account

Can’t sign in or removed the app

Email support@doyours.app with the subject “Delete account” and the email you signed up with. Guest accounts too.

Deleted

  • Account and email
  • Personal tasks, saved places, member nicknames
  • AI parsing history, meeting notes

Deleted or anonymized within 30 days. This can’t be undone.

Kept

  • Tasks created in a group stay for other members, without the creator’s name
  • Sign-in and security records, kept for 365 days
  • Subscription and payment records required by law
